Returns

Returns of BaseGates and InteGate Mounting Plates, Hardware, and Accessories must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment. 

All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer bears any return freight expenses. Please note that the cost of shipping a BaseGate back to our warehouse in Huntley, IL, may be more than $100.

If the product, including hardware and supplied tools, has been opened and is not in its original condition, returns will be subject to costs associated with any repackaging and missing part replacement costs. InteGate Mounting Plates will not be eligible for any return if they have been modified or altered in any way.

We recommend that any return be made in the original SpecGate packaging to ensure that no damage occurs during the return shipping process.
